The first time I saw the final battle, it was in Brotherhood. I rarely, if ever, watch the dubs so… In awe of all that’s going on, I’m reading the subtitles like my life depended on it. And, it’s funny. After knocking Homunculus down, what Ed says sort of seems like what he said to Cornello all the way at the beginning of the series.
Then I realize it is what Ed says to the false prophet.
What amazed me even more is, after checking my volumes, the printed dialogue in both instances is nearly exactly the same.
Ms. Arakawa will never cease to amaze me.
